Production Time
Custom Crafting: Please note that our products require a production period of **1 to 14 business days** (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). This timeframe is crucial as it allows us to ensure the highest quality and precision in the crafting of your unique product.
Shipping Details
Domestic and International Shipping: Once your item is ready, we offer shipping options both domestically within the U.S. and internationally. The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination.
Domestic Shipping
Within California: As we are based in Los Angeles, shipping within California generally takes shorter transit times. Expect delivery within 2-4 business days after production is complete.
Other States: Delivery to states outside California will take approximately 3-6 business days.
International Shipping
Delivery Times: International shipping times vary by destination but typically range from 5 to 14 business days after leaving our facility.
Tariffs and Taxes: Please be aware that international shipments may incur additional tariffs and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
